EXOR, the Agnelli holding, has invested (for the first time) in the luxury fashion sector by taking the majority of Shang Xia. This is the first direct investment in China for the company headed by John Elkann.
The partner is Hermès International with which Exor has reached an agreement to bring Shang Xi. The Agnelli holding will invest 80 million euros.
